Editorial policy
inBeat Agency publishes content to help brands and marketers evaluate influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social partners and strategies. This page explains how our editorial content is researched, written, reviewed, and corrected, and how we handle situations where our own services are mentioned alongside others.
01
Our editorial content focuses on influencer marketing, UGC content strategy, paid social creative, and the agencies and tools operating in that space, including comparison content like roundups.
We publish original analysis, comparison and buyer's guides, and thought-leadership pieces written by our team and, occasionally, outside contributors with direct relevant experience.
02
Every article starts from a defined topic brief that identifies the questions the piece needs to answer and the sources it will draw on.
Claims involving statistics, studies, or third-party data are sourced from the original publisher wherever possible. We avoid secondary blog posts that may have summarized the data incorrectly.
Case studies and campaign examples used in our content are real and attributable. We do not fabricate or composite results.
Where we do not have firsthand data to support a claim, we say so rather than presenting an estimate as fact.
03
inBeat Agency is sometimes included in comparison articles and agency roundups we publish, alongside genuine competitors. When that happens, three rules apply.
We say plainly in the piece that inBeat is included, so it is never presented as a fully independent third-party ranking.
Inclusion in an article or position in a ranking is never for sale, for inBeat or for anyone else.
Being mentioned does not require any commercial relationship with inBeat. Competitors are covered on the same terms.
04
Every article is published with a named author and a short bio describing their relevant background.
Where an article was substantially informed by a subject-matter expert who is not the credited writer, we name that contributor as well.
We no longer publish editorial content under a generic "Team" byline. Older articles are being updated to add proper attribution.
05
If we are notified of a factual error, we investigate and correct it as soon as it is verified.
Changes to a ranking, a claim, or a recommendation are noted at the bottom of the article with the date of the correction.
Typos, broken links, and formatting fixes are made without a separate note.
06
Articles covering fast-moving topics (tools, pricing, platform features, rankings) are reviewed on a recurring basis and updated when the underlying facts change.
